A multi-generational living single unit dwelling.

Young client who is running his family business and request a fresh new looking bungalow for his upcoming young family, with his parents occasional weekend or holidays stayover, where they appreciate lots of family areas where 2 families can gather with no privacies are compromised when needed. It is achieved through intentional combination and segregation of spaces for 2 families.

Biophilic design is implemented, where pockets and large patches of greeneries are introduced throughout and around the house, where occupants are privileged to enjoy in different modes of relaxation. 

Material which aimed to emulate nature (natural stones, concrete, timbers) are selected without sacrificing the touch of chic and elegance, with granites and marbles introduced. 

 

West facing bedroom have deep balconies and louvered openings to shield off scorching evening sun and screening for privacies.
