The corporate client intends to renovate a substantial section of the factory complex to improve their corporate image, the area covers the exterior facade, the stairwell which leads up to the corporate office, lobby, CEO's office, and the public toilets.

Selection of materials and colour palettes are derived from the corporate logo, demonstrates cohenrency in colours, and a combination of sleekness of corporate professionalism, and roughness of modern industrial environment.
