A rigorous car dealer of various European continental brands who is based in Butterworth, Penang has decided to expand his business to Penang Island. 

 

While Georgetown district has been selected as the base for his 3S center of an established local car brand, client has decided to renovate a 2-storey house which is situated at the periphery of Georgetown UNESCO World Heritage Buffer Zone.

With minimal modifications to internal walls and new cladding system.  The outcome brings a new life to the existing house and fit the purpose of a new 3S centre.
