HONDA 4S CENTRE

Aspires to be the first and biggest Honda 4S centre in Kulim area, the complex is constructed on 12 nos. of typical 30 feet wide 100 feet long shoplot plots, resulted an elongated building, sitting on an elevated site at the junction of main road.

The soon completed building will become a prominent landmark.

The building comprises of 2 segments :

2-storey Administration block with full-glazed car showroom, visitor/customer lounge, discussion rooms, customers waiting area, children play area on the ground, and administrative offices and 900 sqft balcony overlooking scenic Bukit Seraya of Bukit Mertajam, a leisure place for staff break.

The adjoining 14,000sqft double volume comprises the open car service workshop, repair workshop clusters, offices, part rooms, tool box storage, assorted bays, spray booth, paint mixing room etc, and with workers resting room and bathrooms on 1st floor level.

The floor layouts have been undergone numerous revisions and fine-tuning to obtain official endorsed approval from Honda HQ for achieving optimum workability in accordance to Honda standard design requirements.
